Mommies' Weekend Out

Chasity and I got a much needed weekend away in FLA to see my mom and step-dad. We got some sun and were very spoiled by the fam! Thanks guys!

We ate at my favorite place, the Cheesecake Factory.... I ate too much, but OMG that white chocolate caramel macadamia nut with the blond brownie crust cheesecake was good!

Then we headed to St. Augustine...

While we were there, Papa Bruce booked us on a carriage ride with Doc (the horse) to see the old city.

Needless to say, we had fun, but were glad to get back to the rugrats and the hubbys! :)

Hey Batter Batter.....

Wildcats

Lonnie, Teresa & Doug and I all went the UK/San Diego game.

We had awesome seats.

Teresa and I had to get the "paw" on our cheeks to support our sad little team.

Of course, UK lost, but you can't win them all (or hardly any this year!) In the words of Landon... it was "Awesome" to be at Rupp amongst all that BLUE!

Second Grade Field Trip

On December 12th Conner's class went on a field trip to the movies, where we saw Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium.

It was a very cute movie.

Then we went to the Painting Place and each student painted an ornament. This was such a great idea!

Way to go Ms. Kathy!

Then, we went to the mall and ate at Chick-Fil-A and saw Santa. Of course Conner had lots to say about what she wanted.

I'm not quite sure which list she is on yet!

Of course we had to get a group picture of the class and St. Nick .....

It was a great field trip.
